On 12th May 2018, Kathmandu School of Law (KSL) marked an event of ‘tree planning’ as an initiative for the promotion of green environment. The program was conducted by the teaching faculties and staffs of KSL at the premise of its residential campus located at the outskirts of Kathmandu valley 37 km away from the city. Total 150 numbers of seedlings of fruits, flowers and tress of different species were planted at different area within the campus premises. Around fifty-five teaching faculties and administrative staffs teamed up with the local staffs of residential campus at Fulbari, Buchhakot for the plantation of the trees around the compound of the residential campus. All the staffs and faculties eagerly participated in the tree plantation program and made their commitment to conserve the plants they planted.
