Prof. (Dr.) Yubaraj Sangroula

Dr. Yubaraj Sangroula is currently the Executive Director and Principal of Kathmandu School of Law. In 2011, he served as the Attorney General of Nepal.

Prof. Geeta Pathak

Prof. Geeta Pathak is a Professor of Law at Kathmandu School of Law, Purbanchal University. She is the Academic Convener of Master of Human Rights and Democratization Program (APMA) Asia Pacific Regional Program. She is also Chair of Human Rights-Based Access to Justice consortium. (HRBA2J).

Prof. (Dr.) Krishna Prasad Oli

Dr. K.P. Oli is currently serving as Member, National Planning Commission of Nepal. He is Adjunct Professor at Faculty of Social Development and Western China Development Studies in Sichuan University and at Asian Study Centre in Xizang Minzu University, Xianyang, China. He is also Adjunct faculty at Akamai University, USA, Hawaii.

Dr. Chen Xiaochen

Dr. Chen Xiaochen is the Director of International Studies Department and a researcher with Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies, Renmin University of China (RDCY).

Dr. Narayan Manandhar

Dr. Narayan Manandhar, MBA, PhD, is currently working as a freelance management consultant. He worked in capacity of anti-corruption advisor for DANIDA/HUGOU from 2004-2008, and periodically for UNDP in 2013 and 2014 in drafting institutional strategy for the CIAA, anti-corruption component of ADB and recently with Palladium – a British consulting firm for DFID funded political economy and rent seeking study.

Dr. Khadga K.C

Dr. Khadga K.C. is Associate Professor and Program Coordinator of Masters in International Relations and Diplomacy, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Tribhuvan University. He did Masters` and PhD from the Nagasaki University, Japan 2009. Dr. K.C. is a visiting SUSI short term scholar at US Foreign Policy at the University of Florida, Harvard, The Chicago University and the MIT.

Mr. Anjan Kumar Dahal

Mr. Anjan Kumar Dahal is Chairman – Legal, Nepal for Reanda Biz Serve. He is an Advocate and legal advisor for more than twenty years expertise in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and in-depth knowledge in Company Law matters.  He is presently serving as a member of the Advisory Committee on Promotion of Foreign Direct Investment formed by the Ministry of Industry, Government of Nepal.

Dr. Atindra Dahal

Dr. Atindra Dahal is currently working in the capacity of Associate Professor at Kathmandu School of law and has done PhD on Issues of Nation Building. He has capaciously produced research based academic writings. He is also the Editor of  Kathmandu School of Law Review.

Dr. Upma Gautam

Dr. Upma Gautam is currently working as Assistant Professor at University School of Law and Legal Studies, GGSIPU since 2004. She has done her doctorate from University of Delhi and is gold medalist in her LLB and LLM. She is also visiting faculty at Indian Law Institute, Delhi, CBI Academy and various other institutions in the country. Her papers have been published in various national and international journals.

Mr. Milan Dharel

Mr. Dharel has a Masters from University of Sydney, Australia. He has an experience of 20 years’ activism in the field of human rights and democratisation. Currently he is also the central committee member of NGO Federation of Nepal, an umbrella organization of six thousand plus NGOs in Nepal.

Ms. Yugichha Sangroula

Ms. Yugichha Sangroula is currently working as Assistant Professor at Kathmandu School of Law and is holder of Advanced Masters (LLM) in International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights, 2016-2017 from Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights, Geneva, Switzerland. She is 2016 Hans Wilsdorf Foundation Scholarship holder for pursuing her advanced masters. She is also recipient 2015 Hulas Golcha Award for topping the Purbanchal University in her Bachelors in Law which she pursued from Kathmandu School of Law, Nepal. She is also winner of various national and international moot court competitions and has published her papers in various international journals.

Mr. Raj Sandhu

Mr. Raj Kumar is working as Assistant Professor in Law in the Department of Law at University of Jammu, India since 2011. Prior to this assignment, he was working with one of the leading law firm in India.

Mr. Pranab Kharel

Mr. Pranab Kharel is currently an Assistant Professor in Kathmandu School of Law. His research interests include state, law, globalization, social change, social institutions and disciplinary history  among others.

Mr. Gaurab KC

Mr. Gaurab KC is an anthropologist by training and has been engaged in teaching and research from last ten years. From last two years, he has been associated with the Kathmandu School of Law (KSL) as an assistant professor.
