Biography

Ms Anusha Kharel is a B. A. LL. B graduate from Kathmandu School of Law with specialization in Business Law. She is working as a teaching assistant at KSL. She was involved as a senior intern at International Law Relations and Study Center (ILRSC), KSL. She is the Managing Editor of FIMT Law Journal and has worked as a Research Assistant for the research project 'Accountability of Local Governments during Pandemic' undertaken by Policy Lab on behalf of The Young Innovations Pvt. Ltd. She also worked as the Program Officer for 15th Economic Social and Development Rights (ESDR), KSL, and the Coordinator for Nepal School Moots on Human Rights organized jointly by KSL and the Global Campus of Human Rights. She has participated in various Moot Court Competitions and, along with her team, won Soongsil’s Bronze Medal in the East Asian Regional Rounds of the 24th Stetson International Environmental Moot Court Competition. She also received the ‘Third Oralist Award’ at the competition.
