Biography

International Trade and Arbitration, Fiscal crimes, White Collar Crime and Interpretation are the subjects teaching at Kathmandu School of Law since 2000, addition to limited guest lecturers in other colleges. Before joining the KSL, taught in Mahendra Ratna Multiple Campus, Ilam since 1990. Numbers of researches had been conducted, and presented in National and International Conferences. Few books are published and recommended for LLM and BALLB course. Participated as a member of delegation in the visit of Federal Supreme Courts and Provincial Supreme Courts, Appeal Courts of the USA and Canada, and also represented a delegation to visit China, visited Universities of Bangladesh, China and India, Supreme Court of Bangladesh, Denmark and High Courts of India.
