The Business Law and Arbitration Research Center (BLARC), Kathmandu School of Law in collaboration with Asian Consortium for Human Rights-Based Access to Justice (HRBA2J) supported by United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and Government of Nepal, Enhancing Access to Justice through Institutional Reform Project (A2J) hosted the first of its kind, Workshop on Emerging Issues of Business and Human Rights in Asia Pacific on 16th and 17th September, 2019. The workshop focused on analyzing the link between the UN Guiding Principles and different business related issues in Asia and training of the trainers on business and human rights issues using the training manual produced by the Northeast Asia Group of HRBA2J-Asia. The conference had facilitators and resource persons from among the HRBA2J-Asia-Member institutions and other relevant institutions.
