The Kathmandu School of Law International Research and Outreach Center, located in Phoolbari, Namobuddha Municipality, Kavre district, is a diverse educational hub in the Himalayan foothills. It provides a distinctive mix of academic rigor, community involvement, and cultural interchange for both students and faculty.

This center houses various initiatives such as community outreach programs, clinical legal education training, national and international residential programs, and seminars, including the Asia Pacific Masters of Arts (APMA) and Kathmandu School of Law (KSL) residential induction courses. The campus, situated 35km from the main campus, offers stunning views of the natural surroundings, snowcapped mountains, and floating clouds. Emphasizing eco-friendliness, it utilizes rainwater harvesting and solar energy to promote sustainability.

The facility accommodates around 200 residents, creating a close-knit community with modern amenities. The campus includes two multipurpose halls for conferences, well-equipped classrooms, and a 24/7 internet-accessible library. The center actively encourages cultural exchange through residential programs, seminars, workshops, and student exchange initiatives.

Students can engage in unique experiences, connecting with nature through an organic farm that serves as both a sustainable food source and an outdoor classroom. The campus features a variety of fruit trees, vegetables, and medicinal herbs, all cultivated by students and professors. View towers offer panoramic views of the Himalayas and the valley below, creating a serene environment for reflection and connection with nature.

Overall, the outreach center provides opportunities for community engagement, legal education, and immersive learning in a beautiful and sustainable setting. It goes beyond academic knowledge, fostering environmental awareness, cultural exchange, and a comprehensive understanding of law and its real-world applications.
