Biography

Dr. Laxmi Sapkota currently serves as an Associate Professor at Kathmandu School of Law (KSL). She completed both her bachelor's and master's degrees in Business and International Trade Law from Kathmandu School of Law and earned her Ph.D. in Intellectual Property Law from the Faculty of Law, Tribhuvan University.

She has been serving as a faculty member at KSL since 2069 B.S. In addition to her academic responsibilities, she also holds key administrative roles as Assistant Campus Chief and Head of the Examination Department. She teaches Theories of Logic and Legal Reasoning in the BALLB programme, and Contract Law and Intellectual Property Law in the LLM programme. Her research interests include Legal Drafting, Intellectual Property Law, Contract Law, Company Law, International Trade, and Business Law.
