Biography

Mukesh Dhungana is Associate Professor at Kathmandu School of Law. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Law form Kathmandu School of Law itself. He has been involved in various academic projects such as 4th Surana and Surana International Technology Law Moot Court Competition; International seminar on Law of Sea, India; 18th South Asian Institute of Advanced Legal and Human Rights Studies (SAILS), Bangladesh; Training on Human Rights Based Approach to Development Programming, organized by Danish Institute for Human Rights, (DIHR) Denmark; and International Bar Association Annual Conference, 2016 in Washington D.C, USA. Evaluating his entire academic and litigant carrier, Mr Dhungana has been awarded with various prestigious achievements, which includes Best Clinical Teacher Award from SAILS, Bangladesh; Best Student award from Kathmandu school of Law and winner of IBA new member's competition. He is continuously involved in teaching and training process of disciplines including Water, Energy and Environment sector.
