Samjhana Phuyal is Associate Professor at Kathmandu School of law. She completed her bachelor’s and Master degree in Criminal law and justice from KSL. She also coordinates BA. LLB 4th year. She is currently teaching subjects including Clinical Legal education (effective Legal Writing / Moot Court: Civil Case, Clinical works, Professionalism Development) and Fiscal Crime. Besides, she is a practicing lawyer and represents her clients in all tiers of Nepalese Court.
She has experience of working as Clinical Attorney to national level NGO like Centre For Legal Research and Resource Development. She also worked as a legal aid lawyer at Kathmandu School of Law, Human Rights and Criminal Justice Clinic. She has engaged in various academic researches and baseline survey relating to Criminal Justice System and Juvenile Justice System of Nepal.
