Biography

Mrs. Binda Kumari Thapa is an LLM graduate of Kathmandu School of Law (KSL) with a specialization in Business Law. She has represented Nepal in several prestigious international moot court competitions, including the 3rd AIAC–ICC Pre-Moot Competition, Malaysia (2019) and the 16th Willem C. Vis East International Commercial Arbitration Moot, Hong Kong. Along with her team, she won the Second BRU Arbitration Moot Court Competition 2019 and was awarded Best Memorial.She also participated in the 15th Economic, Social and Development Rights (ESDR) Programme, themed “Future of Human Rights in Asia with Special Reference to Rights of Children,” where she was awarded a Diploma.She is currently pursuing her PhD in Consumer Rights at Galgotias University, Greater Noida.
