Mr. Dev Kumar Sunuwar is Assy. Prof at Kathmandu School of Law teaching Public International Law. He has extensively written on international human rights and issues concerning indigenous peoples in various media and journals. For a decade, he was also extensively engaged with UN Human Rights mechanisms and systems for bringing their attentions in regards to concerns of indigenous peoples.
