Mr. Prabin Subedi completed his LL.M studies in Information Communication Technology Law from the University of Oslo, Norway (under Norwegian Government’s Scholarship). He has acquired his LL.B degree from Kathmandu School of Law, Purbanchal University, 2012 being decorated with national award of ‘Nepal BidhyaPadak Ga’, 2014 from President of Nepal and Hulaschand Golcha Kanoon Bachelor Gold Medal from Prime Minister of Nepal for being topper of the university. His outstanding performance in Bar Council Exam (2012) was recognized being awarded with Nepal Bar Council Award, 2012 from Chief Justice of Nepal. He is also awarded with 'NeLSA Emerging Lawyer of the Year', 2016 by Nepalese Law Students Association. He participated as fellow delegate in International Visitor Leadership Program hosted by Department of State of United States of America in 2019 and was awarded with media law fellowship by University of Hongkong in 2015.He is teaching faculty in Kathmandu School of Law teaching Public International Law, Banking and Insurance Law, Law of Contract and Cyber Crime. He is a founding Partner at Paramount Legal Advisory Services and is practicing lawyer representing many clients in all tier of the court in Nepal and legal advisor to various corporate entities of Nepal. He has also served as consultant and researcher at various reputed NGOs and INGOs in Nepal. He is also frequently invited as resource person in National Judicial Academy, National Police Academy, Armed Police Force of Nepal, Nepal Law Campus and other NGOs. He has worked as consultant and researcher of United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), World Bank, Embassy of Switzerland in Nepal, Nepal Telecommunication Authority, NGO Federation Nepal, Law and Society, Srilanka,  and other academic and civil society organization of Nepal and abroad. He has also served as resource person in various workshop and conferences organized by NGOs having support of Embassy of Germany, Embassy of United States of America. He has published his paper and presented paper in National Conferences of Jaycees, Lions of Nepal.
