Mr. Rubin Shrestha is involved as an Assistant Professor at Kathmandu School of Law. Mr. Shrestha carries a Master's Degree in Law (LLM) in Criminal Law and Justice from the Purbanchal University, Nepal. He completed his integrated Bachelors in Law and Bachelor's in Arts (B.A.LL.B) Degree from the same University. Previously the coordinator for the Center for the Training of Trial Advocacy Professionalism (CTTAP), he is currently the B.A.LL.B Fourth Year Program coordinator and looks after the student bodies and organizations at the institution also. He was previously involved with different youth-run organizations related to leadership, networking and advocacy areas such as  Nepalese Law Students' Association (NeLSA), Amnesty International Nepal - Fusion Youth Network, Thinkers Society, etc. He bears the experience of working as a legal intern at Human Rights and Criminal Law and Justice Clinic (HRCJC) and a legal officer at the High Court of Nepal (Tulsipur - Butwal Bench), where he assisted in providing free legal aid to poor and needy people.
