Mr. Anjan Kumar Dahal is one of the founding members of Kathmandu School of Law. He holds Bachelor’s degree in Law from Tribhwan University, Nepal. He completed his Masters in Political Science in 1997 and Master’s in Sociology and Anthropology in 2010. He is Professor at KSL. He is also the founding member and acting Chairperson of the Center for Legal Research and Resource Development (CeLRRD) established in the year 1998. He is one of the pioneers in the field of Foreign Direct Investment with specialization in Venture Capital and Private Investment. He is the Chairperson of the Biz Serve Legal (P) Ltd., a leading corporate law firm of Nepal. He is also associated as legal counselor and advisor providing legal advices to institutions such as Nepal Republic Media (P) Ltd., One to Watch (P) Ltd., Urja Developers (P) Ltd. etc. He also works regularly for the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies as a member of the Drafting Committee for Bilateral Investment Treaty
