Call for Submission

The Kathmandu School of Law Review welcomes submissions for its Issue 1 and 2 for Volume 9. The submissions can be articles and papers on legal, social, cultural, political and international relation academia in the region. The Kathmandu School of Law Review requests that the contributors comply with the following standards:
Electronic submission:
We encourage authors to submit their manuscript through our electronic submission system, in Microsoft Format. The contributions should be made through our website where the authors are required to register.
Editorial Policy:
The manuscripts submitted for publication in KSLR must not be copyrighted, published, or submitted elsewhere, except in abstract form. The corresponding author must ensure that all co-authors approve the submission of manuscript.
Copyright:
The authors agree by signing a Journal Copyright Transfer Form to transfer the copyright to their work to Kathmandu School of Law.
Length limitations:
The KSLR publishes double blind peer-reviewed scholarly articles under the following categories:
i. Long Manuscripts: Between 5000 and 8000 words (inclusive of footnotes).
ii. Short Manuscripts: Between 3000 and 5000 words (inclusive of footnotes).
iii. Case Notes, Legislative Comments and Book Review: Between 1500-2500 words (inclusive of footnotes)
Citation Format:
Please use footnote rather than endnotes. Please subscribe to the legal citation rules and formats as set out in the KSL Comprehensive Style to Legal Citation.
