APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Kathmandu School of Law has a unique method of admission for applicants wishing to join the BA.LLB. five year course. It includes a three-day process;
- Written Examination
- Interview
All the applicants wishing to apply for admission in Kathmandu School of Law will be provided a free pre-entrance orientation session prior to the admission process.
How to apply
Step 1: Online Registration
- Check if you meet the eligibility criteria for the B.A. LL.B. programme (mentioned in the section above).
- Complete the online registration form available in the Admission section of the college website.
- Ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete before submission.
Step 2: Application Fee Deposit
You are required to deposit NRS. 2,000 as the application and entrance examination fee.
Fee Breakdown:
- Application Form Fee: NRS. 600
- Purbanchal University Entrance Fee: NRS. 1,400
Payment can be made through:
- Direct bank deposit, or
- Online banking / digital payment services

Please upload or submit a copy of the payment receipt/proof of payment during the application process.
Step 3: Required Documents for Registration
Applicants must submit the following documents:
- Copy of SEE Certificate/Marksheet
- Copy of Grade 12 (+2) Transcript or equivalent qualification
- Certificate of Equivalency (for applicants with qualifications such as A-Level, IB, or other equivalent programs)
- One recent passport-size photograph
Note: Applicants awaiting Grade 12 (+2) results may apply by submitting their Grade 11 marksheet/transcript. The remaining documents must be submitted after the official results are published.
Step 4: Document Upload and Submission
- Upload all required documents through the online admission portal and complete the application process as instructed.
