Application Procedure for B.A. LL.B. Program

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Kathmandu School of Law has a unique method of admission for applicants wishing to join the BA.LLB. five year course. It includes a three-day process;

  1. Written Examination
  2. Focus Group Discussion
  3. Interview

All the applicants wishing to apply for admission in Kathmandu School of Law will be provided a free pre-entrance orientation session prior to the admission process.


How to apply

Step 1:  Online Registration

  • Check if you meet the eligibility criteria for the BA. LLB. programme (mentioned in the section above).
  • Start your registration by signing up your correct details Online in a form provided at the Admission section of the college website.
  • Print a copy of the form out.

Step 2: Application Fee Deposit

  • You are required to make a deposit of NRS. 2000 in the college Bank Account (details mentioned below)
  • The amount of NRS. 2000 is collectively taken as the application form fee is NRS. 600 and Purbanchal University entrance fee is NRS. 1400

  • Bank Name: NEPAL INVESTMENT MEGA BANK LTD, Pulchowk Branch
  • Name of the account Holder: KATHMANDU SCHOOL OF LAW
  • Account No.: 00405010015307
  • Attach the bank deposit receipt along with the application form and submit it with the documents mentioned below to the college Administration Department.

Note: Payment through online banking gateways are strictly prohibited and is not accepted while form submission.

Step 3: Required Documents for University Registration

  • A copy of official certification of a completed Secondary Education Examination (SEE).
  • A copy of the official transcript of a completed 10+2 or any equivalent diploma.
  • Certificate of equivalency (only for applicants acquiring certificates other than 10+2. Eg; A level, IB, etc.).
  • Three passport sized copies of a recent photograph

Note: Applicants applying on a provisional basis or are waiting for the results can apply by submitting their Grade 11 certificates to the Administration Department and submit the rest after the publication of the results or official documents arrive.


Step 4: Submit the Documents

  • Submit the printed form you filled online alongside the documents mentioned above to the College Administration.
