Situation of Universities in Nepal

Suravi Rijal, the moderator for today's progarm, formally launched the program at 8:11 A.M. The program was conducted in the presence of Prof. Dr. Yubaraj Sangroula, Assoc. Prof. Atindra Dahal, Asst. Prof. Sakila Chhetri, Asst Prof. Laxmi Sapkota, Teaching Asst. Sunila Deuja, and 74 participants from different years of B.A. LL.B. Deeksha GC, who presented the first paper, began her discourse on the subject by emphasizing on changing the syllables. Her presentation's main point focused on how law schools of Nepal should be freed from the influence of western legal theory. Her talk was primarily about eastern law and how it is crucial for law schools to preserve their unique identities.

Following the presentation, Asst. Prof. Laxmi Sapkota and Asst. Prof. Sakila Chhetri commented, suggested, and made opinions about the presentation.

Rohan Yadav served as the program's second presenter today. His lecture focused on how political interference has produced hegemony in Nepalese universities. He concluded his lecture with a quick overview of universities, evidence of political retaliation at universities, and some suggestions on how to stop this interference.

Assoc. Prof. Atindra Dahal opinions and ideas regarding the presentation came after the presentation of Rohan Yadav.

Following his speech, Sarad, Aupson, and Prakash participated in an audience comment session where they asked Rohan and Deeksha questions and shared their perspectives.

Finally, Prof. Dr. Yubaraj Sangroula provided remarks, advice, and suggestions to the program's presenter based on his years of expertise, attempts to resolve the political issues caused in universities, and a road toward decolonizing the law. He also praised the presenter in his speech.

The audience were handed a piece of paper to provide some input on the program today before it was over. Finally, Suravi Rijal concluded the program.
