Beyond the Courtroom, Towards Justice and Consensus.
Our students explored the transformative power of mediation during an enriching Hands-on Mediation Workshop conducted by Dr. Mohammad Umar, Certified Mediation Expert, Founder of Samvad Mediation, and Faculty of ADR at BITS Law School Mumbai. Through interactive simulations and practical learning, participants discovered how mediation addresses dialogue, collaboration, and creative dispute resolution, reinforcing that justice can be achieved not only through courts but also through professionalism and meaningful understanding of the problem.
