Detention Center visit BALLB 2nd year
Learning by doing is best learning. As part of learning criminal procedure students of BALLB 2nd year had visited different detention centers of Kathmandu valley. Interacted with respective police officers and observed situation of detention centers and detainees there. It's a co-curricular activity of the subject clinical education.
Educational visit was aimed to make students aware about human rights, right to justice and it's interconnection with criminal law and psychology. Psychological aspect of detainees is another important rights which is to be ensured for every detainees.
