Special Lecture on the Modern Chinese Legal System by Assoc. Prof. (Dr.) Xiaoxian Jiang at KSL
On 18 August 2025, Assoc. Prof. (Dr.) Xiaoxian Jiang, Professor and Ph.D. supervisor at the School of Law, Xiamen University visited KSL to deliver a special lecture to 4th and LL.M students on the topic, “Modern Chinese Legal System”.
The presentation focused on the modern Chinese Legal System with special focus on the National People Congress and Standing Committee function within Chinese Constitution.
