Prof. Geeta Pathak recommended as Amicus Curiae
Professor of Kathmandu School of Law and Senior Advocate Geeta Pathak has been nominated in the five-member Amicus Curiae by the Supreme Court Bar Association in the case under hearing at the Supreme Court over the dissolution of House of Representative. She is the first women amicus curiae ever recommended for constitutional bench. We congratulate her for the recommendation.
